No Refunds
We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment has been submitted and processed, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Incorrect Payment Information
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that payments are sent to the correct payment address or account. We are not responsible for any payments sent to the wrong PayPal, Cash App, or any other payment account. Orders associated with incorrectly sent payments will not be fulfilled, replaced, or refunded.
Order Fulfillment
We will only process and fulfill orders that have been successfully received at the correct and designated payment account. If payment cannot be verified, the order will not be completed.
User Responsibility
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have verified all payment details prior to sending funds. Any errors made during the payment process are the sole responsibility of the customer.
